In order to insure the health and safety of all the dogs who come into our building we have the following vaccine requirements.

 

• Parvo/Distemper

• Rabies

• Bordetella (kennel cough vaccine)

• Canine Influenza

 

Puppies who are not old enough for all vaccines must be up to date for their age. Proof of vaccinations is required either by hard copy or email. You can have your vet email records directly to us using the email creeksidecanineinfo@gmail.com.
